The Serbian Energy Summit 2024 was held from 24-25 September 2024 in Novi Sad, at the headquarters of the Parliament of Vojvodina and the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce. It was attended by the President of IKOSZ, György Szügyi, who gave a presentation on “Strategic concept change in national and regional energy management solutions”.

In his presentation, he said that the concept of energy point and energy management has undergone a significant change due to the impact of IoT and AI, as the latter has been exploiting the opportunities of digitalisation in the system thinking, measurement technology, analytical practices and the use of artificial intelligence in energy management.

In his summary, Forum Chairman Tihomir Simic identified a strong potential for cooperation in order to share the expertise of the ICCO.
